Hershel will help you build quality and FUNCTIONAL muscle mass. He utilizes body-weight exercises, traditional strength-training, a flexibility program, and soft tissue manipulation to help your body become more efficient and healthy!
You will be able haul your kids up the stairs, chase after your dog, or bring in ALL the groceries in one trip! Athletes will acquire more strength to apply to their competitions, cops will improve their shape and endurance in order to be ready for any situation, parents will be equipped with the energy to chase around the kiddos, and YOU WILL FEEL YOUR BEST!
The training program includes personal training with Hershel, emphasizing upper body, lower body and total body workouts, as well as flexibility and soft tissue sessions. Clients will get 1 free session with a licensed massage therapist and will also be able to visit our friend Dr. John Shireman for an Airossti consultation (myofascial work, he's awesome).
